How long it takes
Each hoodie is dyed and sewn after you order it, so allow 3–5 days to make it, then 6–9 business days to reach you anywhere in the US. Shipping is always free.
Can't find your tracking?
Email hello@milesclothes.com with the name you ordered under and I will look it up and resend it, usually the same day.
Order not moving?
Carrier scans sometimes go quiet for a few days in the middle of a route. If nothing has updated for a week, message me and I will chase it. If it is genuinely lost, I remake it and send a new one.
